Bamboo Sculpture

An evolution of a line of sculptures that find natural growth from discarded items. These pieces originated as the forgotten scraps of soon to be tables, the overgrowth bamboo from a home garden, and other discarded materials. Through careful curing, cutting, and reassembly these forgotten items grew into welcoming glowing works of art. The most recent series draws on the simple lines and brass palate of mid-century design to tame some of the wilder elements of the previously cultivated works.
